Every time I visit mum everyone is very welcoming.
They always provide any information that I may need and their care of mum is exceptional.

When I first arrived I felt ridiculed, I was very surprised how unprofessional the night staff were. I felt that they all kind of stepped back and didn't support me with my care needs. Those involved lost my trust.
Now I have settled in, I feel very comfortable here and the majority of the staff are friendly and respectful.
Suggested improvements
I think that staff could have been more supportive on my admission to plym.
